DAWSON FOREST WMA

Meet at wetlands area inside main gate.  On some of these days, we will meet at the wetlands and then carpool to offsites including the Amicalola and Goethe Tracts of Dawson Forest WMA,  Sosebee Cove, Desoto Falls State Park, Amicalola Falls State Park.  So don't be late or we may leave without you.

DIRECTIONS:  Take GA 400 north approximately 35 miles to Dawson County.  Turn left (west) on Dawson Forest Road, drive west across Hwy 9 into the Atlanta Tract of Dawson Forest.  The wetlands is located just inside the gate.
